“Success is not an accident. Success is actually a choice. Are the habits you have today on par with the dreams you have of tomorrow?”  

I think this quote is saying that the point of success , no matter what you do the choice you are going to make that you think is going to be successful in life its going to be a choice that you are making and that choice is never going to be a mistake its going to be an accident.
