"He that walks with wise men shall be wise : but a companion of fools shall be destroyed."

I  think this quote is saying that  if a wise  person were to walk with  a group of wise people he is meant to be wise . And if there is a group of fools they shall be destroyed because they are not getting anywhere in life in other words they are hanging around with the wrong people and they will get into trouble  .
